  • Original packaging, seal, and box must be intact
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used beauty devices
  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price
  • Hygiene-related products such as razors and epilators

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer
